As part of our professional learning this term we have been looking at the new Ofsted Framework for Inspection as launched in September 2009. In particular at the new descriptors for 'Outstanding Learning'. From this as teams of learners we have built definitions for what outstanding learning looks like in each of our subject areas at Swanmore College.
