Sustained college improvement is most likely when CPL processes sit at the very heart of college life. In order for Swanmore College to move to outstanding, we aim to build capacity for improvement by creating an ethos, culture and set of expectations within which people can flourish and be empowered to drive change by contributing to the professional learning of colleagues.
