What do you do to remember your SEND pupils and needs?

How can you truly know all SEN pupils and engage/ support them in their learning? Some ideas: Get to know their names! Read their IEPs! Talk to the child- asks them what works/ helps! Think about your seating- are they all seated at edges of rows? Never seat together unless for one off tasks. Talk to collegues for ideas esp. the TA! Engage in dialogue with the SEN book used between the teacher and TA- find out what works!
