Welcome to the Swanmore College Professional Learning Blog

Sustained college improvement is most likely when CPL processes sit at the very heart of college life.

This blog will therefore be a platform to support ALL staff in realising their contributing professional development ambitions through a culture of sharing, modelling and professional learning.

User Reports on the VLE

One of the more useful features of our VLE are the user reports. This allows us to look at what users have been doing on our course/page. Reasons why you might want to use this include:

  • See which parts of your page are more popular than others
  • See what pupils have handed in recently (to save you trawling through lots of different assignments)
  • To check up on pupils (see if they are really doing what they say they are at home!)
To get user reports for any page click on 'Reports' in the navigation block (top left of the page) on any course/page.

This then allows you to change (amongst other things) the user(s) you are searching for, the dates you want to see and what types of activities you want to view:

Feel free to email me any questions if you get stuck!
